We invite you to join in this 1st year charity event by completing this entry and returning it promptly. Please sign your completed entry. By signature you’re agreeing to hold harmless the Owners/Operators and Employees of Ocean Crest Pier Of NC Inc, the Tournament Director and his Appointees. Please note: For those without season passes, daily fishing fees will also be required being paid on the day of the event in addition to the ($25) tournament registration fee/donations, which themselves are being contributed to Fishin' 4 A Cure/Duke University Hospital Comprehensive Cancer Treatment Center. Season passes are being honored in lieu of daily fishing fees.

Important Reminder * Each participant will receive (1) Raffle Ticket good for a single chance of winning one of either of the following listed fantastic "Grand Prizes" being available, if their raffle numbered stub is drawn from among all other raffle tickets sold and depending on the participants legal age at the time of the tournament/event.

Each registered paying Adult tournament participant over 18 years of age will receive (1) Raffle Ticket with their paid entry good for our August 21st 2010 Raffle Drawing for a chance to win a "2010-Smart Car". (Valued at $14,000.00) dollars. (Must be over 18 years of age). Winner responsible for all taxes, tags, insurance, and vehicle registration fees and ownership liabilities.

Each registered paying youth tournament participant 18 years of age or younger will receive (1) Raffle Ticket with their paid entry for our August 21st 2010 Raffle Drawing for a chance to win a U.S Savings Bond issued in the maturity face amount of ( value $10,000.00) (Must be 18 years of age or younger).

Only one ticket will be drawn from all paid participant entry provided raffle tickets as well those raffle tickets sold through all other means prior to the conclusion of the event 7:30 pm May 21st 2010. Ticket Cost is $25.00 each. Tournament participants and the general public may purchase as many additional raffle tickets they please; so long they are available for sale.

Only one of the "Grand Prizes" will be "Guaranteed" to be awarded via the aforementioned methods, winning prize determined by age of raffle ticket holder. There are no other substitute Grand Prizes being made available, nor more than one being given away. No claims will be honored for any typographical errors, made in print or media campaigns related to the tournament, prizes, drawings, or for winnings of any prize being offered.
