FYI: Folks its time to schedule your fishing plans to participate in the Annual Oak Island Open all species Tournament. The event is open to all age and skill levels of anglers. Its being held June 19th & 20th this year.
We're looking forward to the excitement and smiles upon angler faces as they compete for the list of cash and prizes being offered by local Oak Island businesses.
You may call the Oak Island Parks and Recreation Department (1-910-278-5518) for all the answers to any questions you may have regarding the particulars of the contest. Applications are available at your favorite Oak Island Pier tackleshop or on-line @ http://oakislandpiertournament.com/
